Yao Xuliang, male, in November 1969, is currently the director of the Institute of Electrical Engineering, professor/doctoral supervisor, and the head of the Electrical Engineering discipline, School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. National Natural Foundation review expert, Electrical Times magazine "Electrical application" editorial board member, Heilongjiang Science and Technology Department review expert, Harbin Science and Technology Bureau review expert, motor and control journal and other journals reviewer. Member of the Academic Degree Sub-committee of the school, member of the Academic Degree Committee of the school, member of the Academic committee of the school.


Educational experience

1987-1991 Bachelor degree in Electromagnetic Measurement and Instrumentation, Harbin Institute of Technology;

Work experience

1991-2001 Harbin Electronic Instrument Factory successively served as technician, engineer, senior engineer, director of design office, branch director, deputy chief engineer, etc.

In 2002, during the doctoral study, he stayed in school early and worked as a teacher/senior engineer in the Institute of Electrical Engineering.

In 2009, Deputy Director/Associate Professor of the Institute of Electrical Engineering;

Since 2015, he has been the director of the Institute of Electrical Engineering, professor/doctoral supervisor.


Research direction

Integrated motor propeller noise suppression technology, high power DC power conversion control technology, soft switch energy-saving technology, ship control.


Undertake a project

He presided over or participated in 16 scientific research projects of the State, the State Administration of Science and Industry for National Defense, and the Navy. Among them, he presided over the completion of the National Natural Fund project "51279039, Research on Energy Saving Control Strategy for Electric Propulsion of Small Underwater Marine Vehicles", 2013.01-2016.12, 660,000 yuan; Presided over the completion of the technical foundation project of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense "Research on Evaluation Technology of Cascading Failures" 2010.01-2012.12, 1.1 million yuan; As the technical leader, completed the 863 project "S863 Floating Tidal Current Independent Power Generation System Research"; Now he is in charge of the high-tech ship project "Development of high-performance electric deck Crane" 2017.01-now,2 million.
