1. National Experimental Navigation and Teaching Demonstration Center for Ship Navigation and Control

Ship navigation and control of national experimental teaching demonstration center is responsible for undergraduatesfundamental experiment, for the three national first-class professional (automation, measurement and control technology and instruments, electrical engineering and automation) professional experiment in the College. The discipline has undertaken almost all the undergraduate innovation practice in the College, in addition to the national intelligent car competition, national college students electronic design competition, the national college students transportation technology competition, "Siemens cup" China intelligent manufacturing challenge first-class competition. A large number of talents showed up in the Internet +, and challenge cup first-class competition team. The experiment center also fully supports the output of teaching achievements in education and teaching reform projects, education and teaching achievement award, first-class curriculum construction, curriculum ideological and political construction, self-made experimental teaching instruments, school-enterprise cooperation double hundred cases, joint education, and student innovation competition.

2. National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Advanced Navigation and Marine Intelligent Equipment Technology

The center has taken characteristic advantages and innovative knowledge source supply in the fields of navigation and positioning technology, marine observation technology and ship intelligent equipment technology, providing intellectual support for comprehensively enhancing the core competitiveness of China's Marine engineering equipment industry. The center has a total number of 66 people, including 65 full-time researchers. The staff consists of 38 professors, 18 associate professors. 63 of them have doctoral degrees, and 6 of them are entitled national talents. The center has an average annual scientific research expenditure of more than 40 million yuan. More than 200 students are working for their master's degree and doctoral degrees.

3. Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technology and Application of Ship Marine Equipment of the Ministry of Education

The laboratory takes the intelligent unmanned platform as the research object, mainly for intelligent ships, unmanned systems, robot systems, modern simulation technology, digital twin and other directions. There are 196 master's and doctor students, more than 50 master's and doctor graduates, 4 provincial and ministerial talents. 3 young teachers were recruited. The Lab was entitled Heilongjiang Touyan Science and Technology Innovation Team. The annual scientific research fund is more than 20 million, effectively improving the competitiveness of talents in the field of marine science.

4. Engineering Research Center, Ministry of Ship Control Engineering, Ministry of Education

The center focuses the power positioning system, underwater unmanned platform, ship reduction device Marine engineering essential core equipment, for the key core technology in Marine engineering, Marine development, science and technology research and engineering application. The center has become a leading basic, interdisciplinary, open scientific research institutions for technology innovation, personnel training and academic exchanges. The center has a full-time staff of 32, and 7 talents at/above provincial or ministerial level. The number of average annual graduates with doctoral or master degrees is 80. The center has an annual research funding of more than 40 million yuan.

5. Research Center for Engineering, Ministry of Education,

The center is a base fully engaged in high-level personnel training and scientific research on ship navigation technology, and carries out research on new concepts, new theories, new methods and new methods of navigation technology. The center has more than 500 master's and doctoral students, more than 150 master and doctor graduates every year, and 6 landmark talents at/above the provincial and ministerial level. It has won the Heilongjiang Touyan Science and Technology Innovation Team and the provincial and ministerial science and technology innovation team, which has comprehensively promoted the overall improvement of the discipline.

6. The Key Laboratory of the Ship Navigation and Control of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

The laboratory is one of the laboratories with significant influence in the field of ship navigation and control. In 2015, it became one of the first key laboratories of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Ship navigation and control key laboratory aimed at the international frontier, focusing on the national and provincial major strategic needs. It has made outstanding achievement in the satellite joint enhanced navigation technology, unmanned navigation intelligent control technology and ship posture control technology in three directions to carry out innovative research and education work. It has obtained innovation with independent intellectual property rights, training and condensed innovative talents, and constructed high level scientific research and international academic exchange platform. The team was approved as the second batch of national Huang Danian teacher team of universities, with 5 talents at/above provincial and ministerial level, and 1 Touyan Science and Technology Innovation Team of Heilongjiang Province. There are 193 master's students and 61 doctors.

7. Key Laboratory of Marine Intelligent System and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

Focusing on the ship navigation environment perception technology, auxiliary automatic driving technology, comprehensive energy efficiency management and optimization technology research, this lab has undertaken a number of national key research and development projects and high technology ship research projects, offered scientific research facilities for more than 40 PhD students and 100 master students. In the past two years, the lab won 89 national invention patent authorization. 394 academic papers were published. The findings of scientific research done by people here are utilized for artificial intelligence talent training scientific research.

8. Ship Intelligent Navigation and Control Collaborative Innovation Center

Mainly focusing on the intelligent and application technology direction of auxiliary ship and sea equipment, with high-speed multi-body ship, the center carries out the theoretical and application research of intelligent decision-making and control such as independent navigation and multi-platform coordination. The Heilongjiang Provincial Collaborative Innovation Laboratory is undertaking a number of scientific research tasks in the field of intelligent ship and Marine environment perception. More than 100 master's degrees and doctors have been trained in this center, and over 50 students receive their master's degrees here annually. The average annual scientific research funding is more than 10 million yuan.

9. The Key Laboratory of Multi-disciplinary Collaborative Cognitive Artificial Intelligence Technology and Application

This laboratory focused on the principle and algorithm of general artificial intelligence, brain cognition and brain intelligence technology, machine vision and a new generation of human-computer interaction technology, biological big data and intelligent medical, bionic intelligent unmanned system key technology field to carry out scientific research. The technique of human body identification technology based on biological characteristics has a leading position at home. As Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory, we offer support to the establishment of AI courses and guaranteed experimental conditions. There is one publication of the AI postgraduate textbook. At present, over 180 master and doctoral students are working for their degrees.

10. Key Laboratory of High-precision Satellite Navigation and Marine Application

Through the collaborative establishment of the three first-level disciplines of campus control science and engineering, computer science and technology, and information and communication engineering, it aims to solve the major technical problems of satellite navigation in the field of precision agriculture and high-end equipment, and improve the training quality of characteristic talents in the industry. There are 190 master's and doctoral students, more than 50 masters and doctoral graduates every year, 1 national talent, 1 provincial outstanding teacher, 1 excellent graduate tutor team in Heilongjiang Province. The annual scientific research funding is more than 30 million, effectively improving the competitiveness of talents in the field of ship navigation.

11. Key Laboratory of Environmental Intelligence perception

It mainly focuses on a large number of theoretical and practical engineering applications based on visual environment perception, 3D space reconstruction, target identification and tracking technology. It supports the delivery of related courses and experiments in the field of robot engineering; supports undergraduate and graduate students to participate in science and technology innovation competitions, and has won 3 awards at provincial and ministerial level or above; and provides research orientations, scientific research platform and conditions for 45 doctoral students and 148 master students.

12. Ship and Marine Control Engineering Laboratory

The main research direction of the laboratory is complex system control theory, ship navigation and attitude control, artificial intelligence theory and application. It is an important scientific research and talent training foundation in the field of ship movement posture control in China. There are more than 200 master and doctor students working for their degrees, with an average annual scientific research funding of more than 20 million yuan. It has won 15 science and technology awards at/above the provincial and ministerial level, 1 second prize of national teaching achievement, and 11 provincial and ministerial teaching achievement awards.

13. Navigation Instrument Engineering Laboratory

The laboratory mainly carries out the relevant theoretical research and application technology research and development of Marine intelligent equipment and control technology. The main research directions are underwater operation robot technology, wave active compensation technology, underwater navigation and positioning technology, and new intelligent sensor technology. There are 200 master's and doctoral students, and 2 provincial and ministerial talents, with an annual scientific research funding of more than 10 million yuan.
