The laboratory is one of the laboratories withsignificantinfluence in the field of ship navigation and control. In 2015, it became one of the first key laboratories of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Ship navigation and control key laboratory aimed at the international frontier,focusing onthe national and provincial major strategic needs. It has made outstanding achievement inthe satellite joint enhanced navigation technology, unmanned navigation intelligent control technology and ship posture control technology in three directions to carry out innovative research and education work. It hasobtainedinnovation with independent intellectual property rights, training and condensed innovative talents,andconstructedhigh level scientific research and international academic exchange platform. The team was approved as the second batch of national Huang Danian teacher team of universities,with5 talentsat/above provincial and ministerial level, and 1 Touyan Science and Technology Innovation Team of Heilongjiang Province. There are 193 master's students and 61 doctors.
