He started to work in July 1991, graduated from the Control theory and Control Engineering major of Harbin Engineering University in March 2003, and obtained a doctor's degree in engineering. In June 2008, he graduated from the Control Science and Engineering postdoctoral research mobile Station of Harbin Institute of Technology. He became a professor in 2008 and was named a doctoral supervisor in 2010.

Undertake a project

Presided over a project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The topic was research on the robust control of chaotic oscillation in parallel operation of diesel generator sets.

He chaired a project of Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province on the application of H∞ control Theory to the stability of ship power system;

He chaired a postdoctoral foundation project of Heilongjiang Province on the application of nonlinear H∞ control theory in ship power stations;

He chaired a basic research fund project of Harbin Engineering University on Hybrid H2/H∞ control of independent power systems.
