From July 1986 to April 2006, he worked at School of Power Engineering, Harbin Engineering University

From May 2006 to now, he worked at the School of Automation, Harbin Engineering University

Engaged in the research of ship motion automatic control technology for many years, my research group developed China's first surface ROV working mother ship dynamic positioning system, hovercraft automatic steering control system, and developed China's first redundant ship dynamic positioning system engineering prototype. So far, he has published more than 30 SCI and EI core search papers, applied for more than 20 invention patents, and won 4 invention patents.

In 2008, he participated in the Dynamic Positioning advanced training class held by Kongsberg, Norway in Singapore and obtained the DP Training teacher certificate
