Qian Huaming, male, born in 1965, Doctor of Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor. Member of the National Navigation Equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC43), senior member of the Chinese Electronics Society, member of the Chinese Computer Society, director of the Heilongjiang Province Instrumentation Society, academic dissertation communication review expert of the Ministry of Education, Invited reviewer of Journal of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Journal of Ornology, Acta Automatica Sinica, Journal of Electronic Measurement and Instrumentation, System Engineering and Electronic Technology, Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Journal of Halbin University of Technology, etc. He has been engaged in theoretical and applied research in inertial navigation, integrated navigation, astronomical navigation, fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control, information fusion, star sensor technology, computer control and reliability for a long time, insisting on the combination of basic research, advance research and engineering development, developing and applying embedded real-time operating system and developing underlying software. The informationization and digitalization of ship integrated navigation system are realized. As a key member and software technology leader, he has participated in a number of pre-research projects such as the development of integrated navigation equipment, distributed data bus technology, multi-sensor data fusion technology, fault diagnosis and fault tolerance technology, national key projects and national defense equipment, and won one national science and technology Progress prize, two provincial and ministerial science and technology progress prizes, three second prizes, and one third prize. He has published more than 120 relevant academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and international conferences, including 12 indexed by SCI and 50 indexed by EI. 10 national invention patents have been authorized. Currently, he is mainly engaged in the basic research and application research of Marine vehicle navigation and positioning technology, Kalman filter technology, multi-sensor information fusion technology, astronomical navigation technology, fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control technology, ship information technology, target tracking technology, reliability field and other aspects of ship motion based integrated navigation system. As the person in charge of the National Natural Science Foundation project, the municipal science and technology innovation talent research special fund (excellent discipline leader) 1, as a key member to participate in the national Natural Science Foundation, National defense research fund and other scientific research projects.
