Deng Xiong, male, Han nationality, Doctor, lecturer, master tutor, School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. He is mainly engaged in the research of ship's Marine environment independent support, Marine big data and artificial intelligence technology, intelligent application of Marine environmental information, and intelligent design of regional ocean observation schemes. In 2014, he received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from School of Automation, Harbin Engineering University. He received his PhD in Control Science and Engineering from Harbin Engineering University in 2020. From April 2016 to October 2018, he received a scholarship from China Scholarship Council and went to Princeton University /NOAA Earth Fluid Dynamics Laboratory GFDL and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At present, as the project leader, presided over 2 GF key model research projects, 2 central university funds, 1 aerospace type project, J port horizontal multiple, is a multi-type GF key model equipment supervisor designer. Published more than 10 academic papers, 5 high-level conference papers; At the same time, it also won the first prize of Heilongjiang Province Science and Technology Award (technical invention category) once and the first prize of Heilongjiang Province University Science and Technology Award (technical invention category) once. He has supervised 6 postgraduate students and assisted more than 20 doctoral and postgraduate students.
