 Personal profile

Wu Ligang, male, born in 1977 in Yihuang, Jiangxi Province, Doctor, part-time professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Automation, Harbin Engineering University, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Astronautics, Harbin Institute of Technology. He is mainly engaged in the control and signal processing of complex uncertain dynamic systems. At present, he has published 7 monographs in English, more than 170 papers in international SCI journals, more than 9,500 SCI citations, and more than 15,000 Google academic citations. Five papers were Most Cited Article by Automatica, the authoritative journal in the field of automatic control; Five papers were selected as one of the 100 most influential international academic papers in China. His research achievements have won 2 first prize of Natural Science in Heilongjiang Province (the first complete person) and 1 second prize of National Natural Science (the second complete person). Supported by the National Science Fund for Outstanding Young People, the first National Science Fund for Outstanding Young People, the Science Fund for Outstanding Young People in Heilongjiang Province, and the Huo Yingdong Fund. Selected as Changjiang Scholars Distinguished Professor, Ten thousand Plan Science and Technology Innovation leading talent, National Innovation Talent Promotion Plan young science and technology leading talent, ten thousand Plan young top talent, New century outstanding talent of the Ministry of Education; He won the Chinese Youth May Fourth Medal, the first prize of the Chinese Overseas Chinese Community Contribution Award and other awards and honors. He was named a global Highly Cited Researcher from 2015 to 2019. He is currently on the editorial board of more than 10 journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, and Acta Automatica. He was elected IEEE Fellow in 2019.

Basic theoretical research: sliding mode control theory and application, intelligent systems and control, analysis and design of complex dynamic systems (including random systems, switching hybrid systems, singular systems, two-dimensional systems, etc.), robust and optimal control and filtering, model reduction
