Personal profile

Yan Zheping, male, second-level professor and doctoral supervisor, is currently the director of the Engineering Research Center of Ship Control Engineering of the Ministry of Education, College of Intelligent Science and Engineering, and the leader of the underwater unmanned system and intelligent technology team of Marine Information and System Research Institute of Qingdao Innovation and Development Base. He has been engaged in the overall design, autonomous and intelligent control, system optimization and integration testing, environmental application and other technical research of underwater unmanned systems and underwater vehicles for nearly 30 years, and has published more than 130 SCI and EI retrieval papers and 2 monographs. As of June 2023, he has guided 2 postdoctoral fellows, 20 doctoral graduates, 52 master graduates, 3 postdoctoral fellows, 17 doctoral students and 12 master students in the station, and is currently serving as the editorial board of journals such as China Ship Research, Journal of Underwater Unmanned Systems, Journal of Harbin Engineering University, etc. Presided over the completion of 13 projects such as National Natural Science Foundation, New century talent support, provincial Jieqing Fund, equipment pre-research and development, and 1 equipment model project in research. Among them, the scientific research achievements won 2 national second prize, 1 National defense special prize, 4 national defense first prize, 1 National Innovation award, the first inventor was authorized 32 invention patents; The teaching achievements have won 1 second prize of national teaching achievements and 1 special prize of provincial teaching achievements. In 2017, he was selected as a distinguished professor of the National Hundred Million Talents Project and Longjiang Scholars, in 2019, he was selected as a National WR Leading Talent Support program, in 2020, he led to win the first National Defense Science and Technology Industry Outstanding Contribution Award, and in 2021, he led to win the title of the second National University Huang Danian Teachers Team.
