Personal profile
Liu Zhilin, male, Han nationality, born in 1977, member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor. He received his Ph. D. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2007, post-doctoral degree from Harbin Engineering University in 2008-2010, and visiting scholar from Isburg-Eisen University in Germany in 2014. From April 2008 to July 2018, he successively served as lecturer and Associate professor at the School of Automation, Harbin Engineering University. Since August 2018, he has been a professor at the School of Automation, Harbin Engineering University. In July 2021, he was appointed Deputy Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering of Harbin Engineering University. He has taught many undergraduate, master and doctoral courses such as "Industrial Robot", "High-tech Ship", "Modern Ship Intelligent Technology", and currently instructs more than 30 doctoral and master students.
He has been engaged in the research of intelligent ship, unmanned boat control, robot control, nonlinear system predictive control and so on. He served as the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Technology and Application of Marine Equipment of the Ministry of Education, and was selected as the first batch of young academic backbone support program of Harbin Engineering University and China-Australia Young Scientist Academic exchange Program. He undertook more than 10 national and provincial teaching and research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the key project of Education Reform in Heilongjiang Province, published 4 academic monographs, 2 textbooks, published more than 60 SCI and EI retrieval papers as the first or corresponding author, won 3 provincial and ministerial second prize, and 1 second prize of the State Oceanic Administration Ocean Engineering Science and Technology Award. Served as the editorial board member of Ship Engineering and Applied Science and Technology.
