Liang Hong, Doctor of Engineering, Associate Professor/doctoral supervisor, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Institute of Intelligent Systems and Bioinformation, Deputy Director. His research interests include machine vision, image processing, brain science and big data mining. He has presided over and participated in more than 20 sub-projects of National 863 Aerospace major projects, National Science and Technology Support Program sub-projects, major instrument sub-tasks of the Ministry of Science and Technology, National International science and Technology cooperation special projects, National Natural Science Foundation, Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province, and military and civilian horizontal projects. He has won 2 second prize of Science and Technology Progress of Heilongjiang Province, published more than 90 academic papers, of which more than 20 were retrieved by SCI, more than 40 by EI, and 7 national invention patents (software copyright) were authorized. As a visiting scholar, I conducted collaborative research at the Neuroscience Center of Indiana University School of Medicine in the United States from September 2014 to September 2015, and participated in several international conferences held in the United States and Japan. He is a reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, BMC Medical Genomics and other journals, a director of Heilongjiang Biomedical Engineering Society, a director of Harbin Ultrasonic Medical Engineering Society, a member of Chinese Society of Electronics, and a member of Chinese Biomedical Engineering Society. Presided over or participated in 6 provincial-level educational reform projects, 5 school-level educational reform projects, participated in the construction of 1 high-quality online open course in Heilongjiang Province, won 1 school-level teaching achievement second prize, participated in the publication of 3 works including the general higher education "12th Five-Year" Ministry of Industry and Information Technology planning textbooks.
