Zhao Yuxin, Ph.D., postdoctoral, Assistant to the President of Harbin Engineering University, Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor, national innovation team leader. Winner of China Youth Science and Technology Award, winner of Outstanding Youth Science Fund, winner of Huo Yingdong Education and Teaching Award, selected as the National Science and Technology Innovation Leading Talents Support Program, the first batch of Longjiang Science and technology talents. He is the director of the Engineering Research Center of "Navigation Instrument" of the Ministry of Education, the leader of the research-oriented teaching team of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the head of the national virtual teaching and research office, and the head of the national first-class undergraduate course. He studied at the State University of New York and Imperial College London. He has been engaged in ship navigation and Marine instrument technology research for a long time, and presided over more than 30 national major special projects, the National Natural Science Foundation, and basic scientific research of industry technology. As the first complete person won two provincial and ministerial technical invention prizes. He won the first prize of teaching achievement of Chinese Association of Automation. He has published 4 academic works, obtained 15 authorized national invention patents (8 transferred), and 6 software Copyrights. At present, he is the director of the Chinese Society of Navigation, the director of the Chinese Society of Inertial Technology, the Fellow of IET (British Institute of Engineering and Technology), and the senior member of IEEE.
