Zhang Yonggang, professor and doctoral supervisor, is currently executive vice President of Future Technology College of Harbin Engineering University and selected as national talent Plan. He is the deputy director of the Navigation Instrument Engineering Center of the Ministry of Education, the backup leader of the "navigation, guidance and control" leading talent echelon of Heilongjiang Province, the director of China Inertial Technology Society, the secretary general of Harbin Inertial Technology Society, the member of the Youth Working Committee of Chinese Society of Automation, and the senior member of IEEE Society of America. Long engaged in navigation devices and algorithms, signal processing, information fusion direction research, As the first author/corresponding author in the authoritative journals IEEE Trans. On Automatic Control, Automatica, IEEE Trans. On Signal Processing, IEEE Trans. On Aerospace and More than 170 papers have been published in Electronic Systems. He has won 5 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards of second class or above, including 1 first prize of technological invention in Heilongjiang Province and 1 first prize of natural science of Automation Society. Funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other projects, he was awarded the honorary title of excellent doctoral thesis Advisor of the Chinese Society of Automation.
