He Zhongjie, male, Professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Automation, Harbin Engineering University; Won the second prize of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Science and Technology Progress Award. He has long been engaged in research work in the fields of ocean big data information mining and auxiliary decision technology, Marine environmental data assimilation and prediction technology, physical oceanography, mesoscale ocean dynamics, etc. At present, as the project leader, he is in charge of 1 sub-project of National Key research and development Plan and 1 project of National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund; As the technical leader, he undertook 1 national defense key model equipment development project and 2 Marine science data sharing projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology; Participated in 1 key R&D project of "Tenth Five-Year Plan" as a major participant; 863 project 1 project, 973 project 1 project. He has conducted research work in Canada for many years and participated in a number of Environment Canada and Fisheries research projects. He has published more than 10 SCI papers.
