Introduction of the Reporter

Li Rui mainly engages in the research of aviation radio navigation, focusing on the research of satellite navigation integrity technology systems, including the research of SBAS, GBAS, ABAS, and PBN technologies, as well as system engineering implementation, research on related airborne equipment, and the revision of international civil aviation standards. Currently, he serves as an expert in the overall group and an expert in the verification of civil aviation applications of the Beidou Satellite - based Augmentation System. He is also a member of the Beidou Standardization Technical Committee and the Navigation Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. He has published dozens of papers, with more than 10 papers included in SCI and more than 20 papers included in EI. He has been authorized 15 national invention patents as the first inventor. He has won 1 second - class national science and technology progress award and 4 provincial - ministerial awards.

Introduction of the Report Content

This report mainly focuses on the "satellite navigation integrity monitoring system". It mainly introduces:
(1) The performance requirements for satellite navigation applications and the relevant definitions of integrity in the civil aviation field;
(2) For different flight phases of aircraft, it introduces the specific integrity monitoring methods, the current integrity monitoring system and its characteristics from three aspects: ABAS, GBAS, and SBAS;
(3) Analyzes the integrity requirements and integrity risks for high - precision positioning (such as RTK, PPP);
(4) Conducts a technical analysis of the feasibility of aircraft autopilot;
(5) Based on the existing integrity - related research, it gives suggestions on the integrity applications in fields such as low - orbit satellites and autonomous driving.
