7 courses of Intelligent College selected for the second batch of national first-class undergraduate courses

Recently, the "Announcement on the Recognition Results of the Second Batch of National First Class Undergraduate Courses" was released. Seven courses from the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering were selected, including "Automatic Control Theory" led by Wang Hui, which was selected as a hybrid online and offline first-class course, "Modern Control Theory" led by Zhang Jingnan, "Electric Drive Automatic Control System" led by Zhang Jingnan, and "Navigation and Positioning System" led by Zhao Yuxin Five courses, Satellite navigation in the charge of Cheng Jianhua, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence in the charge of Mo Hongwei, were selected as first-class online courses, and Innovation Cognition and Practice in the charge of Lv Shuping was selected as first-class social practice courses.

At this point, the Intelligent College has a total of 10 national first-class undergraduate courses, ranking among the top in automation majors nationwide. All core courses in automation majors such as "Automatic Control Theory", "Modern Control Theory", "Electric Drive Automatic Control System", and "Industrial Process Control" have been selected. The first-class courses cover all aspects of automation system perception, cognition, decision-making, and execution, We have built a high-quality "golden course group" for automation majors.

In recent years, the automation majors of the Intelligent College have clarified the work concept of building a high-quality course teaching system for automation majors under the background of new engineering courses, taking the construction of the "Golden Course Group" as an opportunity. With the goal of "first-class courses promoting the construction of first-class majors, first-class majors promoting the development of high-quality talents", the vertical structure optimization, content update, and horizontal diversified interaction of the course teaching system have been carried out, The comprehensive reform and practice of coordinated development of connotation and extension have achieved significant results.

Automatic Control Theory

Course Introduction: The course of Automatic Control Theory is the core course of a national first-class major, positioned as "laying a solid foundation of control theory with shipbuilding characteristics for cultivating first-class engineers and industry leading talents in automation majors". This course aims to cultivate students' ability to analyze and comprehensively design basic control systems and typical systems in the field of ship and sea through theoretical learning; Master the analysis and design methods of complex engineering problems, be able to clarify design requirements and design solutions; Cultivate students' ability to learn independently, collaborate in teams, and solve complex control problems, achieving coordinated development of knowledge, abilities, and qualities. Our school is one of the first schools in China to offer the course of Automatic Control Theory. The course can be traced back to the automatic control and other courses in the major of armament automation in the Military engineering College of the People's Liberation Army (Harbin Military Industry), and has been teaching since 1955. In 2007, it was rated as a high-quality course in Heilongjiang Province, and in 2009, the teaching team was rated as an excellent teaching team in Heilongjiang Province. The textbook published in 2015 was rated as a textbook for the 12th Five Year Plan of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The construction of MOOC was completed in 2018, and it was rated as a high-quality online open course in Heilongjiang Province in 2019. In 2020, it was rated as a demonstration course for ideological and political education in Heilongjiang Province, and in 2021, it was rated as a first-class undergraduate course in Heilongjiang Province.


Modern Control Theory

Course Introduction: Modern control theory and practice are widely used in various fields such as aerospace, robot systems, and ship systems. Industrial Process Control

Course Introduction: Industrial process control mainly involves controlling key process parameters in industrial production processes to ensure product quality and production safety, and to automate the production process according to optimization objectives. This course will enable students to understand the dynamics and trends of industrial automation development, and master the classification and modeling methods of industrial process objects; Understand the structure and composition of industrial process control systems, and master relevant professional basic knowledge of industrial automation devices and control systems; To equip students with professional knowledge and abilities in industrial process control system scheme design, instrument selection, calibration, debugging, parameter tuning, and other related work. The course was selected as a high-quality online open course in Heilongjiang Province in 2018. In 2019, it was selected as one of the first batch of national first-class undergraduate courses - online first-class courses. In 2019, a new form of supporting textbooks was published, and in 2020, digital courses were published. In 2022, MOOC was launched on the national smart education platform.


Automatic Control Components

Course Introduction: Automatic control components are widely used in various fields such as aerospace, ship navigation, robot motion, and machining control of CNC machine tools. As one of the pioneering courses for learning automatic control theory, the purpose of this course is to enable students to correctly select control components and design control systems. The course was opened in 2016, was selected as the elite online open course of Heilongjiang Province in 2017, was selected as the national elite online open course in 2018, was selected as the first batch of national first-class undergraduate courses - online and offline hybrid first-class courses in 2019, was the first batch of English MOOC online XuetangX international MOOC platform in 2020, published digital courses in 2020, and was launched as the national smart education platform in 2022.

Electric Drive Automatic Control System

Navigation and Positioning System

Course Introduction: Navigation and positioning is a comprehensive application technology that covers traditional navigation methods such as astronomy, geography, and calculation, as well as modern and modern navigation methods such as radio, inertia, and satellite. Satellite navigation

Course introduction: based on China's BeiDou, this course systematically and comprehensively introduces the basic concept, current situation, basic knowledge of satellite navigation, basic working principle of receiver, positioning method, positioning error, high-precision positioning technology, satellite navigation enhancement system, and integrated navigation application technology combined with marine inertial navigation by combining theory and practice. Through course learning, students can systematically and comprehensively grasp the basic concepts, principles, and application technologies of satellite navigation, and understand the latest developments. The course was established separately in 1998, selected as a national high-quality course in 2008, selected as a national high-quality resource sharing course in 2016, selected as a first-class undergraduate course in Heilongjiang Province in 2021, launched on the national smart education platform in 2022, and selected as the second batch of national first-class undergraduate courses - online first-class courses in 2023.

Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

It is an introductory course for students to systematically learn the concepts, methods, and knowledge system of artificial intelligence. This course follows the principle of integrating concepts and methods, classics and cutting-edge, technology and application, and establishes a brand new knowledge system of artificial intelligence. It enables students to comprehensively and systematically grasp and understand the basic concepts, theories, methods, technologies, and applications of artificial intelligence, as well as its important role in the future development of human society, economy, technology, and civilization. It cultivates the concept and literacy of artificial intelligence required for the development of future socialist intelligent society. The course was launched in 2019, and a supporting textbook for new energy and new forms was published in 2020. In 2021, it was selected as a provincial-level online first-class course in Heilongjiang. In 2022, it was published as a digital course, and in 2022, it was launched on the national smart education platform. Students can freely choose different practical projects based on their own foundation, professional characteristics, and personal interests. We have constructed a three-stage curriculum system of "Innovation Enlightenment - Innovation Expansion - Innovation Enhancement", which cultivates scientific and technological innovation awareness and practical skills through pre class innovation enlightenment. Based on the curriculum, we aim to create a "Speed Challenge" smart car brand competition; In class innovation and expansion are combined with science and technology innovation competitions and engineering practice cases to complete the design and development of scientific and technological works; Extracurricular innovation and integration with high-level competitions and social services.
