Ding Xuezhong, on behalf of the Secretariat of the Association for Science and Technology and the School Celebration Office, warmly congratulates all alumni on attending the first alumni forum of the 70th anniversary of the Intelligent College amidst their busy schedule. He wishes the alumni forum a complete success and expresses that all alumni are an indispensable force in the future development of Harbin Engineering towards the centenary goal of building a distinctive and world-class university.

Those who participated in the online presentation of this forum were Shi Bang, an academician of University of Adelaide in Australia, Qin Honglei, a professor of Beihang University, Wang Wenwu, a professor of University of Surrey in the UK, Hu Zhanli, a researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Wang Xiaoxu, a professor of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Wang Tian, CEO of Hangzhou Chengtian Technology Development Co., Ltd., Zhao Zichao, CEO of Shenzhen Changfeng Information Technology Co., Ltd Zhou Longfei, an assistant professor of Duke University in the United States, Qiao Lei, an assistant professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Yi Bowen, a postdoctoral fellow of University of Technology Sydney. Hundreds of teachers, students and alumni from Harbin Engineering University gathered in the cloud to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Harbin Engineering University.

Wang Xiaoxu, a professor from Northwestern Polytechnical University, first presented an academic report titled Key Technologies and Applications of High Precision Micro Optical Accelerometers, which mainly introduced the measurement principles and advantages of optical accelerometers, and described the challenges, bottlenecks and key technologies of optical accelerometers.

Wang Tian, CEO of Hangzhou Chengtian Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., presented an academic report entitled "Entrepreneurship Selection of a Harbin engineer", which mainly introduced the underlying logic of the selection of Exoskeleton robots for entrepreneurial projects, as well as strategic choices and thinking after the direction was determined, and shared some achievements at this stage and future prospects.

Qin Honglei, a professor of Beihang University, presented an academic report entitled "LEO communication satellite opportunity signal positioning technology", which mainly introduced the related technologies of positioning using low earth orbit (LEO) communication satellite signals as radio set communication signals.

Assistant Professor Zhou Longfei from Duke University in the United States presented an academic report titled "Towards the New Generation of Intelligent Manufacturing". Starting from the optimization scheduling problem of intelligent manufacturing, he introduced the current challenges and key issues, as well as the technologies and methods proposed to address these challenges. He emphasized simulation based methods and different practical application cases, and discussed the future development trends of the industry.

Qiao Lei, an assistant professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, presented an academic report titled "Perception and Planning Methods for Large Underactuation AUVs to Avoid Obstacles at High Speed in a Limited Vision of Complex Scenes". Focusing on the perception and planning of large Underactuation AUVs to avoid obstacles at high speed in complex and unknown underwater environments, he proposed a robust nonlinear Model predictive control (RNMPC) scheme. Through a dynamic perception and collision avoidance method, Realized safe navigation of AUVs in completely unknown non convex obstacle environments.

Hu Zhanli, a researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, presented an academic report entitled "Medical Intelligent Imaging Technology Based on Medical Engineering Intersection", which mainly introduced some work carried out by the research group in the field of medical PET intelligent imaging, and discussed the important role of PET imaging, as a representative of the cutting-edge technology of Nuclear medicine, in the early diagnosis of tumors, cardiovascular and neurological diseases.
