The forum was first presented by Academician Yang Chunsheng of the Canadian National Academy of Sciences with an academic report titled "Big Models (LLM) Are Not Equal to the Third Wave of Artificial Intelligence". The report mainly combines more than 30 years of experience and experience in the research and development of artificial intelligence technology. While reviewing the development history of artificial intelligence, it provides a brief introduction to the main technologies of the previous two waves of artificial intelligence, And make a forward-looking outlook for the upcoming third wave of artificial intelligence.

Deng Zhihong, a professor of Beijing Institute of Technology, brought an academic report titled "Underwater Matching Positioning Algorithm Based on Gravity Field Triangle Network". The report made full use of the advantages of Computational geometry in processing points, lines and surfaces, and transformed the traditional grid gravity field background map into a gravity field triangle network. On this basis, it carried out the research on the selection of adaptation areas and gravity matching algorithm based on surface line points. The results showed that, The proposed method can more effectively utilize the spatial and geometric features of the gravity field, and the matching effect is good.

Zhang Zhenbin, a professor of Shandong University, presented an academic report titled "Unbiased Fast Start and High Performance Predictive Control Methods for DC Energy Routers". The report details the recent technical research carried out by the team on the three technical problems of poor starting performance, slow dynamic response and poor parameter robustness of DC energy routers. Firstly, by using unbiased magnetic fast start technology, the starting bias of the converter is eliminated while achieving fast start under low current stress. Secondly, a high dynamic predictive control method without static voltage bias was proposed, which greatly improves its dynamic response speed on the basis of no static error. Finally, the sensitivity of the converter to model parameter error and sampling noise is analyzed, and current sensorless robust predictive control based on Kalman filter algorithm and noise suppression algorithm based on predictive model modification are proposed respectively, which greatly improves the robustness of the converter to sampling noise and model parameter error.

Qiao Xiangwei, a researcher at the 16th Institute of the 9th Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology Group, presented an academic report titled "Application and Development Trend Analysis of Inertial Platform Systems". The report mainly introduces the current development status of inertial platforms at home and abroad, compares and analyzes the application performance of inertial platforms and three autonomous inertial units, analyzes the demand for inertial navigation systems for future strategic weapons, and the problems faced by traditional inertial platforms, Elaborate on the development direction and key technologies that need to be addressed for future inertial platforms.
