vice president：Huang Yulong

Huang Yulong, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1990, is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor. From December 2018 to December 2021, he served as an associate professor at the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. Since December 2021, he has been a professor at the same school. From November 2022 to April 2022, he served as the Deputy Director of the Institute of Navigation Technology for Ocean Carriers (in charge of research). Since March 2023, he has been the Vice Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. He teaches two postgraduate courses, "Optimal Estimation" and "Optimal Estimation Theory and Applications". Currently, he supervises and assists in supervising over 30 doctoral and master's students.

He has been engaged in research on intelligent information fusion theory and intelligent navigation applications. He has published over 60 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author, including more than 40 papers in top IEEE journals. He has undertaken or participated in over 10 national and provincial-level research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, China Association for Science and Technology's Youth Talent Support Program, Key Projects of the Frontier Science Center of the Ministry of Education, and National Defense Technology Foundation. He has been selected as one of the Young Elite Talents of the "Ten Thousand Talents Program", China Association for Science and Technology's Youth Talent Support Program, Hong Kong Scholars Program, and Heilongjiang Province's Outstanding Youth for Progress and Kindness. He has received the first prize of the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Association of Automation, Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Outstanding Youth Award, IEEE Barry Carlton Award, IEEE Barry Carlton Award Honorary Nomination, and the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of the Chinese Association of Automation. He serves as an associate editor and editorial board member of top international journals such as "IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Magazine", "IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Magazine", and "IEEE Sensors Journal".
