Tian Xueyi, female, Han ethnicity, born in August 1978, is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering. From July 2003 to August 2013, she successively served as a staff member and section chief in the Academic Affairs Office of the School of Information and Communication Engineering. From August 2013 to February 2022, she successively served as the section chief of the Information Department (on secondment) in the Party and Government Office, confidential secretary, and section chief of the Comprehensive Department. In February 2022, she was appointed as the Vice Dean of the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering.

Her responsibilities include daily administrative management, laboratory and fixed asset management, equipment management, overall management of public housing, archive management, trade union affairs, information technology, security and defense, and retirement affairs. She assists in faculty development, financial management, and personnel allocation.
